I bought this product on the 7 Oct and I am writing this review after having used it for over a month….As a supplement for hair nails and skin I have significantly noticed that my nails have become stronger and less brittle and less prone to breakage and damage…earlier I was really struggling to keep them from chipping and breaking but now I have felt a big improvement in that aspect…..As for hair I didn’t really feel much difference in hair fall…..Also I didn’t notice any difference in my skin…but I do feel like I will definitely continue with the product…!!!!

I don't know about hair but it worked instantly on my nails. They were already looking healthier and stronger on the 3rd day of me using this.
