Terms and Conditions Apply :
  • The main purpose of this promotion is to be close to our customers, understand their ideas about our brand, and to develop our products based on our customer's wants and needs.
  • We will ship the gift after “review” verified by our team, shipping will take 3 to 5 days.
  • Review verification can take up to 5 days.
  • To avail this promotion, it is mandatory to provide a screenshot of your published review, your order number and voucher number.
  • Customer will be eligible to redeem the same product for one time, if the customer purchased the same product for a second time, he will not be eligible for a free gift even if his new order come with free sticker.
  • In case the customer purchases more than one unit from the same product, he will be eligible to redeem only one unit regardless of his order quantity.
  • Maximum two different product to be gifted on each order regardless of the order quantity\variety (for example if customer purchased 3 different products or more, he will be eligible for two products only and he will be able to select 2 different products out of his order to be gifted)
  • Offer should be claimed within 15 days from order date. After this date, the offer cannot be redeemed.
  • Products grouped in one page makes the customer eligible for one gift out of the other products even if the customer purchased several items from the same page\ group\ flavors and this condition applies for current orders or future orders.
  • This offer is available for customer who are residence in the United Arab Emirates only, and shipping will be within the UAE only.
  • The free gift offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that we run in the current time/future.
  • If the customer failed to receive his gift from the courier for any reason, we will not ship the order again, but the customer can collect his order from the location which we will be sharing it to him via email, or the customer agrees to pay shipping fees.
