    I received my order a day early. This is my first time trying probiotics in capsule form, and it's too early to see the effects since I've only been taking them for 2 days. Based on the reviews I've read, this brand delivers what it promises. I'm happy that it offers 50 billion CFU and includes prebiotics as well. The capsule is small and easy to take.

    I am writing this review after finishing the supplement (50 capsules) and I am amazed with the results. The reason I took probiotics is because I am a bulking phase (bodybuilder) and for that reason at start I experienced GI upsets since I was intaking fibers and protein higher than usual. So the idea of purchasing probiotics came into my mind, and since I purchased previous supplements from "Oladole", I thought of giving this a go and to my surprise it actually worked and helped me immensely. I no longer experience GI upsets such as diarrhea, cramps etc. as well as my immunity has boosted as well.
